    Good morning everyone!

I am trying to translate some papers about trade regulations.
While most of them I did without trouble, it`s now getting rather complicated.

How would you say in Italian:

"Investment in any SSI unit ( I guess SSI is something like small-sector-) by non-SSI undertakings, other SSi undertakings and even foreign investors, is restricted to 24% of the former`s equity"

    ?

    Thank you for your help!

    Cheers,

"The former's" just refers to the first of two individuals mentioned in a previous sentence or paragraph.
You might just use the name.

I think "former's equity" refers to the equity of the SSI unit.

    Ciao.
