Si por cualquier razón más allá del control razonable del Consultor fuese necesario reemplazar a cualquier integrante del Personal, el Consultor deberá entonces proveer una persona de calificaciones equivalentes o superiores para reemplazarle.
Sabes que tienes que pasar esto por la verificación de un abogado, ¿verdad? ¡Yo no soy Juris Doctor!
