Forwards (finance)

Hello.
This is a business term .
In English, Futures and Forwards are different.
Forwards = agreements to trade specified assets at a specified price at a certain future date
Futures = contracts for assets (especially commodities or shares) bought at agreed prices but delivered and paid for later.

What is Chinese for 'Forwards' ?

如果 “FUTURES” 是 期货 的话，FORWARDS 是什么呢？
