the character of the book is sleeping in a hotel and she
"lies in the four-poster rice bed".
I've got a problem with "rice".
I found a lot of sites in Google (and photos too), but I can't understand which characteristic of the bed "rice" designates.
Surely it is a big four-poster bed. But that "rice"....
