Is the correct verb form for this sentence, Qui (finir) la lecture, finis?

One of my exercises was to supply the correct verb form.
The verb is finir and the sentence is Qui (finir) la lecture? My answer for the sentence is Qui finis la lecture. Qui is first person singular and I think finis is correct, but I wanted to be sure.

When who is the subject of the question, you can use either qui or qui est-ce qui. The word order cannot be inverted and the verb is always third person singular
