Salut,
On Duolingo often appear sentences with "ensemble":
1) Ils attendent le bus ensemble
2) Nous pourrons étudier ensemble
3) Elles sont venues ensemble
4) On va prendre un café ensemble
In each of these sentences, "ensemble" is at the end, but is this the general rule? Can I put this adverb immediately after the verb and it will still be the correct sentence? In addition, I found a page (source: La place des adverbes en français) that says:
Ensemble est toujours placé derrière le verbe. Exemple: Ils jouent ensemble au tennis.
So now I feel confused where is its place.
