How would you invert this sentence:

Est-ce qu'elle a treize ans?

I know how to regularly invert, you just switch the verb and pronoun but how do you do it when you have a qu', and then the next part is a-t-elle?? I hope someone can help-thanks!

You don't need the "est-ce que" in there. Ditch it, invert it. "A-t-elle treize ans, [ta fille Sara]?"

Yes "est-ce que" is already inverted (literally "is it that")

Il est riche.

Est-il riche ?

Est-ce qu'il est riche ? literally is it that he is rich?

When you invert a question, you never need est-ce que. For example "Quand est-ce que tu dejeunes?" would be "Quand dejeunes-tu?" Please note my accents aren't working, so dejeuner should have an aigu over the first e.
