Hello All,

Currently getting myself tangled up in this phrase and seeing no end. Can anybody enlighten me on a more 'english' translation?

In leading the debate, he sparked an outcry among the opposition who had seen a theme borrowed from the extreme right?

Merci d'avance

    Hi,

I didn't understand why y was being used here first, but I finally got it right! Translating it might be tricky.
