FR: Quelle charmante surprise

Alright, I have this drawing I did: [...]

I was in a 'French mood', so I wrote three simple words meaning 'What a charming surprise' But my Belgian friend told me it was 'Quelle charmante surprise'. Yes, I know 'charmant' has to have an 'e' at the end, but doesn't a adjective like that go after the noun rather than before?

Please help

Cet adjectif peut être mis avant ou après ce nom mais on le place sans doute plus souvent avant.
