Hello,

I'd like to ask you if we can use the adjective 'full able-bodied' or 'full able' as synonyms for 'able-bodied'.

e.g. Disabled people have different problems than full able-bodied people / full able people / able-bodied people.

I suppose that 'full able people' is incorrect. Am I right?

Yes. You must use "fully" instead of "full" -- "fully able people" is correct.

I usually hear "able-bodied people" (without "fully"), but "fully able-bodied people" and "fully able people" are correct.
