Estoy haciendo una traducción en la que me aparece en el contexto exacto citado esto de "fully defeased structure". La pregunta exactamente es que significa (dentro del contexto) y si es posible cual sería su traducción.
Se que tiene que ver con bonos pero la verdad no entiendo exactamente q tipo de estructura es. Cito definición que encontré en la web que creo puede ser útil: "Defeased Bonds. Refunded bonds for which the payment of principal and interest has been assured through the structuring of a portfolio of government securities, the principal and interest on which will be sufficient to pay debt service on the refunded, outstanding bonds. When a bond issue is defeased, the claim on the revenues of the issuer is usually eliminated."
