Ciao a tutti, nell'ambito dell'informatica come potrei tradurre la frase:

"Lo studente conoscerà i fondamenti dell'informatica come scienza che studia gli algoritmi, i principi del funzionamento e l'organizzazione di calcolatori..."

Il mio tentativo è il seguente:

"...the principles of the operation and organization of calculators..."
