Edit: sorry, don't forget the determiner "the" before "documents"

This means you have all the document NOW and will bring them to the meeting in the FUTURE.

If you said,

"However, I will have all the rest of the documents, which I will bring with me,"

it means you will get the documents in the FUTURE before the meeting in the FUTURE.
