Can anyone tell me what is "singalaise sauce"
I have searched and tried different translating software.
    Is it spelt wrong?
It was taken from the Loose Box Restaurant's Menu guide

    Many thanks

Singalaise means from Ceylan, which is the old name of the current Srilanka

Many thanks for that but one wonders what the flavour would be like......
If this is a Ceylon based style sauce I suppose it would be spicy and fragrant if this is what the chef means by this
