    Hi,
“ In Vietnam, a traditional market is a gathering place for people of all ages and from all walks of life”
Is “gathering place” correct? Please suggest one?
    Thanks.

“gathering place”, “muster place” are both ok but your sentence sounds not so clear to me,

    Let's see others' thoughts

I like the sentence, I think it is fine and crystal clear. I wouldn't change anything.
    "Gathering place" is very common.

    "meeting place" also makes sense.

I have never heard "muster place." I has a faint, musty quality, perhaps in use in the military a hundred years ago or so. "Muster" is archaic in AE.

    Thank you, nzseries,
But I don't understand "It sure is"
    Is it "It is sure"?
    Thanks.
