    You can say 'get to know other cultures'.

    However, there are contexts in which it would be incorrect to say one or the other of the two phrases.

    'get to know' suggests a more intimate knowledge by experience (by living in another country with another culture for example).

    'get to know about' suggests more like 'to learn (about other cultures) by studying them or talking to someone from that culture)'
