I am studying and my mom and my granny are talking and I am disturb by their talks and voice because it does not allow me to concentrate. So can I say "I am getting disturbed or being disturbed" ?

That’s not at all idiomatic. A native speaker would say something like: “Please be quiet. I can’t hear myself think!” or “I’m trying to concentrate”.
