Hi In tvseries The Venture Bros

one of the character is the villain and he try to sell a famous paint to someone and his girlfriend come and:
- = girlfreidn
+ = villain

- What is this crap?
+ It's a Rembrandt, how dare you?
- I know it's a Rembrandt. This is arch-villainy to you!
+ It's a stolen Rembrandt. That's nefarious. That's... That's kind of evil. No?
- When I met you, you wouldn't even bother with guys like that.
+ Not everybody has a trust fund like your insect ex-boyfriend. If you think I'll go back to a diet of Rammen Noodles and Spaghetti-Os... driving around in a Honda Accord with a ghost on the hood, sorry.

whats " ghost on the hood " mean?

This seems to be a reference to some sort of design or ornament on the hood of a Honda Accord, mi2son, but I sure can't figure out exactly what the villain is referring to. Perhaps another member will remember something about that model of car and give you a meaningful answer.

I'm not sure, but I think it might be a reference to the Honda logo, a stylized white "H" which, when lit up, might look like a ghost to some people. But since "The Venture Bros" is an animated series, pretty well anything is possible - so there may be something in the storyline/context to suggest that there's a real ghost on the hood. No idea, really: I am not familiar with "The Venture Bros".
