Giving instructions for future

For example, I am a group leader in a group. I want to give an instruction to my group members.

Is it correct to say
"We do it later " ?
"Later we do it"
"Later we discuss. "
Is it correct if "will" is ignored in speaking?

No, it's not correct to drop "will" if you mean "We will do it later."
I mean to give an instruction so that my members will follow it.
"Later we do it together. "
    Or
"Later we will do it together. "

    Just an instruction to someone.

Is it still wrong by dropping "will" in the instruction?
