- Why were you so indiffitenr and glacial with her recently?
- I think " why have you been so.................?" is better, right?

Thanks a lot!

    Dear NamLan,

As far as I'm concerned, it's better to say either:
"why were you so cold towards her recently," or
"why have you been so cold towards her lately."

I think either, "Why have you been so cold with her lately?" or "Why were you so cold with her recently?" would sound ok. You could substitute indifferent for cold too depending on what your intention is (since they imply two very different things). Glacial sounds a bit awkward to me. Hope that helps!
