Can you explain the phrase please? It makes no sense in English.
    Where did you hear it?
    Who said it?
Have you more of the text?

I made it up for a song, and since I found it on google, I thought its right. May be "gladness takes the lead" is right?. Im trying to say when you get aroused: gladness takes the lead. Is it wrong, or it only sounds strange?
    Thank you

Are you talking about a horse race with a horse named "gladness," for example.

Otherwise, as Biffo says, it makes no sense.

On the other hand, modern song lyrics, as has been pointed out here frequently, often make no sense.

since I found it on google, I thought its right.
Never, ever make that assumption. Google faithfully indexes everything people write that ends up on the Internet, regardless of whether it makes any sense or has any value whatsoever.
