    I'm sure you checked your dictionary for the meaning of the word "glean"... .

    Paraphrasing: "gather some real knowledge from you poor reasoning." It's a peculiar construction, from a logical standpoint, because you don't usually obtain "facts" from "thinking"/"reasoning"/"logic."
