If you go beyond my authority line, you can expect some form of discipline. The sentence is from google search.
If you go beyond your authority line, you can expect some form of discipline.

Is there a difference between these two?

I've never heard "authority line" as you are using it, and I don't find much support from my own online search. Perhaps you'd like to link us to your usage.

Reading the page you linked, I'd say yes, there's a difference. According to your link, an authority line is an imaginary and psychological demarcation between acceptable and unacceptable behaviour, which is established by leaders.

"my authority line" is a line I've established.
"your authority line" is a line you've established.
