You can go running.
You can go swimming.
I have heard the above to tell people to take physical exercises.
I am training at the gym 3 times a week. I don't have to run or swim.

Is it correct to say the following?
You can go walking in the forest.

It may be 'you can going walking in the forest.

I think to say 'you can go going in the forest' is incorrect.

    Thanks nzseries1 for the reply.
How about the following two sentences?
I think you will write the combination of the words 'going walking/running' .
    Are the following fine too?

I am going walking in New Zealand next year.

I am going running in New Zealand next year.
