Good luck on your decision..

Good afternoon,

I applied to an ad and the lady who works at the Human Ressources has a lot do cause there are more than 400 applications so she has a tough decision to make.

May I say good luck on your decision ? or good luck at work ? or .. ?

Thank you,

In English, I wouldn't wish the lady who's sorting through the applications "good luck", I would simply tell her "Have a good day" or even "I hope to see you soon." (The latter if you wish to intimate that she should select your application over the others.)
You, and not her, would be the one wished "Good luck".
Thus, good luck with getting the job.
