There is a video. It is about a crosstalk whose aim is to preach the gospel.

Can I simply title it as "gospel crosstalk"? Does it make sense?

Until I looked it up, the only crosstalk I knew (AE) was this one:
Collins Concise English Dictionary © HarperCollins Publishers::

    crosstalk /ˈkrɒsˌtɔːk/n
    1. unwanted signals in one channel of a communications system as a result of a transfer of energy from one or more other channels

Chinese Crosstalk is a folk talk show, it is made up of four skills - speaking, imitating, teasing, and singing a lot of crosstalk performers who began their career before the chinese

This is not a meaning that most AE speakers would know. At best, they might think it's a dialogue, debate, or other discussion format.
You mean “gospel crosstalk” doesn't make sense? at least, most AE speakers can't understand it? right?
