a. Honey! You just got home, huh?
b. Honey! You have have just got home home, huh?
- I think a) is a better question, right?

Thanks a lot!

Choice b. is ungrammatical in any dialect of English.

In American English, one grammatical way of asking the question would be "Honey! You've just gotten home, huh?" I couldn't tell you whether your choice a. or my version would be preferred by most Americans.

Hello, I'm an American so I will help you.

The natural way of asking the question would be:

Honey! Did you just get home?

    or

    Honey! You just got home?
