Grammar terms "declension" and "conjugation" in Hebrew

Searching online, apparently the terms "declension (noun, adjective)" and "conjugation (verb)" are interchangeable in Hebrew and could be translated either as "נטייּה" or "הטייה" and have the same action verb "לִנְטוֹת". Is it right? How to say in Hebrew "conjugation table" and "declension paradigm"?

We use both הטיה and נטייה. Maybe one of them is regarded as the "correct" alternative, IDK.
