Hi fellow Forumers,

I am translating a product title (which often times are the most tricky) for a household cleaner called ECO OPTIMAL GREEN MULTI-PURPOSE HEAVY DUTY CLEANER.

My attempted translation:
ECO OPTIMO NETTOYEUR VERT POLYVALENT FORT.

This sounds really bad, even to my untrained ears, so I know I could use some help from you experts out there...

I'm not sure I fully understand the group of the 3 words "ECO OPTIMAL GREEN" (is it the brand name?). I would tend to translate that as 'écologique' (environment-friendly).

    My attempt:

« ECO OPTIMAL GREEN MULTI-PURPOSE HEAVY DUTY CLEANER »

« NETTOYEUR INDUSTRIEL POLYVALENT ÉCOLOGIQUE »

    « NETTOYEUR INDUSTRIEL POLYVALENT VERT ÉCO-OPTIMAL »

    (wait for more replies though...)
Thanks for your answers, xtrasystole and tourne. It turns out the client tells me that "green" actually stand for earth-friendly.

So would that be « NETTOYEUR INDUSTRIEL POLYVALENT ÉCOLOGIQUE ÉCO-OPTIMAL »?
