    That doesn't make any sense to me, so I'd guess one would have to be a shopper there to know what in the world they're talking about.

    Because I have nothing better to do while I wait for dinner to finish cooking, I did a quick search on the Internet. The catchphrase is from a restaurant that offers various cuts of steak, which the diner can have cut to his or her preferred weight and/or thickness. The "grill by design" is a fancy way of saying "steaks cut to order."
