guarantee everybody who trusted

Hello everybody!

Does the following sentence sound natural? It doesn't to me but I don't really know how to formulate it anew.

"In this way we want to guarantee everybody who trusted the Amica brand the comfort of using our product."

It doesn't sound natural ... what do you want to say? Can you describe it in a different way?

In other words: the Amica company wants to guarantee comfort (I don't know whether this collocation exists) to their customers who are going to use their iron.

It is an odd collocation, but it's certainly possible.

Maybe: In this way, we want to guarantee comfort in using our product to everyone who has placed trust in the Amica brand.

    Not sure if that helps.
