    I'm afraid I don't understand what "She keeps her hair open" is supposed to mean.
    Could you please explain what you mean?

    "Open your hair" or "Leave your hair open" is a literal translation of the Hindi expression for "Wear your hair loose".
    If that is correct, then joelooc's suggestion is right.
