Hello,
I'm reading an article about UK teenagers swearing an oath of allegiance to the Queen

John Dunford, (Association of School and college leaders),said it was " a half-baked idea"
Could help me understand what he means

Thanks,
Kurious

    Welcome, Kurious, :)

This is one of those cases, where a person from the U.S., understands British English!

"Half-baked" is in the WR English dictionary. Its second meaning is "crazy", not well thought out, etc.
