What is the translation of "hand-free device" in Italian?

    non so proprio qual e' il termine italiano, ma ti posso descrivere che cos'e'. Un "hand-free device" e' un congegno dove non si usa le mani, tipo un cellulare con le cuffia...non bisogna tenere in mano il telefonino.

    Still helpful, in case people now search the site with a similar question. And in the same spirit I'll add that we don't even say "hand-free device" in English. It is "hands-free" :)
