Hello!

I want to write a short sentence that an item is made of natural material and it is handmade, but don't know how to write it properly.
Can I say 'it is handmade of horn'?
Native speakers, please help me!

Thank you very much!

'it is handmade, of horn' is possible but 'it is handmade from horn' is probably more common.

Things are created from a material but consist of a material.

So 'It is handmade in China from buffalo horn' -> the weak default order of adjuncts is Place, Manner, Time.
