These were some sentences that I listened from a test.

" The road conditions around the city this morning aren't looking any different than another other morning with the regular tie-ups and a minor accident to report in the Bay Area. A two-vehicle collision on the intersection of Mills Road and Jackson Avevnue is being cleard up and traffic should resume to its normal condition very shortly. Also, the construction on Peace Bridge has it's five lanes reduced down to two lanes. Those who are planning to travel across the bay are advised to use the Ambassador Bridge instead".

I don't really understand the bold words above means? Help me.

It means that Peace Bridge has five traffic lanes. Construction work on the bridge has resulted in three lanes being closed, reducing the bridge to two functioning lanes.

And its five lanes rather than it's.
