Hello

Could anyone tell me if it should be "which have been deduced in January" or "which were deduced"?

Please, find below the details of the fiscal representation fees 2008 which have been deduced in January from your bank account.

Thank you!!!

    Do you mean deducted?

I'm not sure I've understood correctly, but it would seem to me like this
Please find below the details of the fiscal representation fees for 2008 which were deducted from your bank account in January.
No comma after please, please! I also rearranged the sentence slightly - it flows better this way, but that's a personal opinion, not a rule.
