hello,i have question about this expression.
the full sentence is here:European ministers arriving for talks in Luxembourg, wary of the violent turn of events in eastern Ukraine, had no problem placing blame Monday.
and i saw it from the voa website
does it means that those ministers have nothing to be blamed for?
thanks in advanced

No, it means that the ministers got together and--the writer observes sardonically-- had no problem [were unrestrained in] placing blame (on others than themselves) for the crisis.
thx,but how did you know that “the writer ovserves sardonically”,you own comprehension about this event beyond the sentence or it can be implied directly from the original sentence?
