Suppose that you are telling your friends what you have read about some shoppers' reviews of an online shopping experience. This is what you are going to say.

(ex) I have just read some customer reviews of Save and Save Store. Some customers are complaining about a high import duty they need to pay when they receive their orders.

Is it grammatically OK to have a mix of these present tenses in my example? Thank you so much for your help and comments.
