Have trouble <with><in> doing something

Hello,
Can we use both forms in the sentences below?

I have trouble with doing my homework. Or
I have trouble doing my homework. Or
I have trouble in doing my homework.

    We wouldn’t combine the simple present with repairing a specific bike. These would all work:
    I had trouble repairing this bike
    I am having trouble repairing this bike
    I have trouble repairing the children’s bikes
