What should I say if I want to express my affirmative reply as people ask me "Haven't yet?"

And the full term of it is 'Have + subject + not + past participle + something + yet?' right?

Thanks in advance.

    Here's an example:

    Question:
"Have you not eaten dinner yet?"
    Possible answers:
"Yes" = "Yes, I have already eaten dinner."
"No" = "No, I have not eaten dinner yet."

Don't give "yes" or "no" answers to that sort of question as people often don't properly understand the structure of that type of question when they ask one.

Have you not eaten dinner yet?
    Yes.
Yes you have? or Yes you haven't?
People asking this form of question are generally anticipating a negative answer and a positive one can throw them off their line of thinking.

I would recommend answering the verb posed.

Have you not eaten dinner yet?
    I have eaten already.
