'Breezy Pine' sounds odd to me. For one thing, I think it should be plural. One lonely pine tree, I am guessing, is not the image you want to evoke.
Second, pines themselves are not breezy. They respond to the breeze, maybe give it some scent, but they don't generate it.
So I like 'pine breeze;' that makes me think of the pine-scented breeze.
I also prefer (strictly personal preference) the version without 'appreciating.' The second version gives me a slight sense that I am being TOLD to appreciate it; the first version simply offers the image up for my appreciation.
