Hello:
My daughter usually got up at 8:00, took a nap at 14:00, slept at 22:00. But one day, she didn't feel sleepy at 14:00 and she put off taking her nap until 17:00, consequently, she didn't feel sleepy at 22:00 and fell asleep at 24:00, and consequently she got up late at 10:00 the next day. So her sleeping time table was changed, it was not good for her health.
Is there an idiomatic expression to say here? How about "Her sleeping time was disordered"?
Thanks.
