High-power, high power, high-powered, high powered LEDs?

Hi all,
I'm writing a specification sheet for a LED luminaire and I'm somewhat torn between writing high-power, high power, high-powered, or high powered LEDs. Does the English language warrant the use of hyphens? All the examples I've seen either include it or don't.

Many thanks,
OLivier

It would be correct to use the hyphen. Some people don't use the hyphen when there is no danger of confusion. It is unlikely that anyone would consider it as powered LEDs that are high if the hyphen is not there.
