"High School Information Nights" se trata de reuniones para informar a los padres de familia acerca de programas para entrar en la universidad.

I think you said it yourself -- reuniones. It's not the night that's informative, it's the session. You can leave off the part about the night, because they'll know the time of day by looking at the clock.

Sesiones/Reuniones informativas de la escuela XXX.
Sesiones/Reuniones informativas para padres de la escuela XXX.
Sesiones/Reuniones de información universitaria.
Sesiones/Reuniones de información sobre preparación para la universidad.

Lowercase letters are accepted for titles like this. These are just a quick brainstorm on my part... others will have good answers, too.
