What does the word mean क्षेत्रीतया khetriityaa ?
I didn't find it in any dictionary.

I guess its meaning "region" 🙁

I wonder if it's a typo for क्षेत्रीयता ("regionality"), ie, the nominalizing suffix -taa added onto the adjective kShetriiya ("regional").
