Hindi,Urdu: aNgṛaaii, TuTnaa

In the famous song "Kajra re", the female singer complains about how the staring of a man is unsettling her. She complains about how his looks are ravaging the city or something, and then she says repeatedly:

merii aNgṛaaii na TuTe tu aa jaa

I understand the individual words, but not the meaning. Why is she saying that?
Is she unable to "break" her yawning (pandiculation)?

Not that she can't avoid (there is no sense of desperation or compulsion here: just seduction), but that her angRaaiis are going on and on: she is inviting him all the time.
