Hindi/Urdu: befikre, fikr vs. pareshan

There's a new Bollywood movie called Befikre that was just announced. Two questions:

1) What is the exact meaning of befikre? Befikr obviously means without worry. Does befikra refer to a person without worry (with befikre obviously being the plural)? I checked Platts and I don't see befikra.
2) How would you distinguish fikr from pareshan?

فکر - fikr is a noun, while پریشان - pareshaan is an adjective.

I never got the sense that pareshaan and fikr carry the same connotation. fikr to me is more care or concern. pareshan is worried or distressed. Maybe I am splitting hairs here?
