Hindi, [Urdu]: optional aisaa / aise before relative clauses

In the Hindi grammar book by Saphiro, the following sentence appears:

1.mujhe tiin kamroN_vaalaa pralauT (=lot?) chaahie [jis_meN saat log aaraam se rɛh sakeN]


And then, in some sport news in Hindi, I see a similar usage, but with a preceding aise:

2.hockey Tiim ke kaptaan ne kahaa hai ki(h) kuchh kshetr (=areas) aise haiN, [jin_meN Tiim sudhaar kar saktii hai]


My questions are:

- Could I have used aisaa in #1, and, conversely, omitted the aise in #2?

- If so, what are aise / aisaa adding to the meaning of the sentences?

Well, "tiin-kamroN vaalaa" fixes the size of the plot that is required and "aisaa" wouldn't quite look right in the sentence. However, one could say...

mujhe aisaa plaaT chaahiye jis meN saat log aaraam se rah sakeN.

conversely, omitted the aise in #2?

You could omit "aise" but "aise" is a prelude for the listener/reader telling him that some detail is following describing the type of "fields/areas" where there is a need for improvement.
