Hindi-Urdu: to be worth

How do we say:
- It's worth going to see the festival / going to the festival is worth it
- Seeing the play was worth the wait.
- I don't think it's worth your time.

I know for value for money we can say paisa vasool. But outside of money, I wasn't sure how best to formulate the above.

Obviously not necessarily looking for a calque-- more along the lines of how would native speakers express the thoughts above.

I am merely a heritage speaker of Hindustani, but these are my suggestions. Excuse my errors in transliteration, I usually write in Devanagari.

1. Mela jaane layak hain.
2. Naatak dekhne ke liye intezaar karne layak tha.
3. Mere khyaal se aapke liye yah karne layak nahin hain.

This kind of usage of "worth" is a very English usage, and I don't think idioms have to translate to another language in the same way. One would simply say things like "faisTival dekhne laayak hai," much simpler than the more sophisticated idiom of English here. Similarly, you would just phrase things very differently, and more straightforwardly, for your other situations, something like "mujhe nahiiN lagtaa ki tumhe is meN same/samay gaNvaanaa chahiye."

"paisaa vasool" is a more modern expression, and even when it concerns money, not a very refined expression, not at least for me. It is an expression I would associate with saRakchhaap language (or the kind of language that Hindi TV news media employs, which is again very saRakchhaap).

Just to aid the OP: 2. would not make any sense to a native Hindi speaker. 3. is slightly unnatural, plus does not mean the same thing as OP's 3.

Or even just, apnaa vaqt barbaad mat karo.

There are a couple of (similar) common proverbs that can also be used to express things close to the "worth the wait" idea: Sabr kaa phal miiThaa hotaa hai and sahaj pake so miiThaa ho'e.
